Medal for unidentified saint

The design on the reverse has not yet been identified with certainty.  It features a man with armor, and holding a long object (possibly a pike or flag), with the letters “S. GIMANINO…LTE”, though some of these letters are indistinct.  Reach out to us if you recognize this saint!
